We are a small consultancy with strong public sector values, focused on delivering or supporting strategic outcomes in complex programmes in healthcare. We do this through strong engagement, positive outcomes, supporting leaders, aligning objectives, challenging existing constraints and agile delivery techniques.
Led by Steve Sewell, an established leader in the field of programme change delivery, Change Platform is part of a network of likeminded programme professionals with strong track records in the delivery of complex change.

Steve has an MSc from the Cranfield School of Management and has, for some time, focused on the challenges and approaches required to deliver successful change in complex programmes, in particular service change in health and social care systems. His experience of the sector stretches across many years and many different multi organisation health system programmes.
Our network of consultants have worked in a range of different change environments, all of which have featured multi organisation and complex delivery.

All of our consultants have strong healthcare experience and background, many having come from substantive roles in the sector. Many have delivered successful outcomes as part of NHS Vanguard delivery.
